Krav Maga & Kettlebell Instructor
Jay has been in and out of martial arts since a child. He first started with Tae Kwon Do and when he got older trained in Aiki Jiu Jitsu, Shodan Karate, Muay Thai, BJJ, and Krav Maga. He has a passion for teaching and sharing his love of Krav Maga and helping people with their fitness goals and self-defense.
Vincent has been practicing Vinyasa Yoga for over 15 years and teaching Yoga for over 5 years. Yoga helps to keep him present with the physical and spiritual benefits! He loves the way Yoga makes him feel good and being able to share that with his students is what drives him to teach! Vincent is also an avid martial artist. He is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Yoga is a great compliment to his martial arts training, and he could not be able to keep up with his training if not for Yoga.
Zach has 35 years of martial arts experience. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in Japanese Ju Justu. He has been in Law Enforcement for 20 years. He is an TCOLE Instructor, TCOLE Firearms Instructor, use of Force Instructor, Taser Instructor, a TCCC Instructor, a K9 Handler/Trainer, and an Austere Environment Survival Instructor.
